"Katy" is a delightful Morgan pony mare carrying the bloodline of the prolific Stallion Courage of Equinox. Katy is owned by Beverly Lesher of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Katy and I have been a team since 2003. This mare was born and bred to be a superior athlete! Her kind nature in the stables and her extreme scene of awareness makes her irreplaceable.

Bev, Katy's "real Mom" enjoys driving and showing Katy on occasion. With Katy's nurturing temperament she instinctually know to take care of her "Mother".

With her natural athleticism and her extreme ability to handle pressure makes her the ultimate competitor! We have developed a special bond over the years and we seem to be able to read each other minds. This is a horse with a heart, ego and drive bigger than her 14.1 hand frame. She is a show horse through and through!

Katy has taken me to national stardom with a undefeated year in 2004 including the National Champion title in 2004. Katy then carried me to earn a slot on the U.S. World Championship Team in 2005. before shipping to Europe she was injured taking her out of competition. Katy and I are back on track now having a stellar 2008 season with wins at Kentucky and earning the 2008 National Single Pony Championships again at the Laurels in 2008. We are aiming for a slot on the 2009 World Pony Team!
